We are very satisfied with the overall review. [Estimate/Prices] The initial estimate and the payment amount matched exactly. We were able to add functionality that was not included in the RFQ during the process by paying an additional fee. I am also satisfied with the price. [Trial production] We made several prototypes until we reached the quality we were satisfied with. They kept us informed of the status of the prototype through images and videos, and we were able to respond smoothly. [Manufacturing/Quality] Although it was a difficult product, we were able to make something that was both functionally and aesthetically pleasing and on time. [Shipping/Packing] The packaging was very careful and there was no breakage or damage during shipping. They sent it to me in a cardboard size that was easy to handle.
